Zenta establishes its Operations in Manila

Zenta, a business precess outsourcing (BPO) company, has established a contact center in the Philippines. This contact center is both inbound and outbound. This contact center is located in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. I believe that this is a foreign investment that may benefit the people. Zenta will employ over 400 new employees.

Fort Bonifacio was chosen as the place to establish Zenta's operations because it is the fastest growing BPO hub in the Philippines. For me, this would really be a good place to establish an office for an international company because it is very near the central business district.

The facility will open in August.

I hope that a lot more foreign investments such as this would come in the country. Foreign investments generate employment and offer more services to the people.

Even though some people would frown upon foreign investments, it's the one thing that really helps the country out with their revenues. Without them, I think maybe 60% at least of the revenues would not exist because of foreign investments. We should be happy that foreigners want to invest in the Philippines. It means there is still hope for a greater, brighter, future.
