"THE United Nations and the Philippine government on Wednesday signed a three-year joint program designed to strengthen the country's capability to adapt and react to the effects of climate change."
The program has a US$8 million funding from the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) Achievement Fund. It's designed to enhance our capacity to develop, manage and administer plans, programs and projects addressing climate change risks.
Its nice to see that our government is doing something about this. It's a matter of survival. Our environment changes, we adapt. Also, we owe it to future generations to keep our planet healthy.

This is good because we all need to survive and teach us all how to adapt. Research is one of these great technological views that we have in the Philippines, we should use it to our advantage and take charge of what we have.
