Manila, Philippines-4 Pasay city policemen were relieved from their post after being linked to the fatal mauling of a gay inmate inside jail. The gay man was identified as Raul Ortega, 28, who suffered a heart attack while under detention.
Witnesses claimed that the four policemen, who were all part of the police's special operation units, were part of the mauling of Ortega. They were jailed just over 2 weeks ago for charges over charges of grave scandal.
Ortega suffered a heart attack and died in thehospital while undergoing treatment.

Those crazy policemen should be killed! LOL. Beating up an inmate is the thing I hate about cops. They beat up people during interrogation or whenever they think of it even if the man is said to be innocent. They think that they have a higher status than those criminals or inmates because they think that they are the law. They do not consider human rights when looking at people in jail. This is one of the downsides of the police force.
Here's an issue that is not brought out often, police brutality, first of all they have specific duties and hurting people is not one of them whether they are of the third sex or of a different race police should remember "HUMAN RIGHTS". This is what you get if you let dumb police men pass the academy(wait do we even have a police academy??)
It is sad that policemen in this country act like this. Instead of doing something good for the citizens, they do these things. It is really disturbing that they abuse their power and what is sad is we really can't do anything about it.
How mean .. Everyone should be treated equally,but those policemen did not possessed this character. Police management should improve because some are just brutal in handling people. I had watched some news about the policemen also not doing their work. At night where they should be active and be in the police station,instead they were not there! You call them policemen eh?! What a joke.
Grabe naman itong mga pulis natin. Kung kailan walang nakakakita sa kanila sa loob ng police station, ganito ang ginagawa nila. Akala nila siguro na sila ang batas, kaya ok lang para sa kanila na manakit ng kapwa tao.

Kung kailan dapat sila nagtatrabaho, makikita mo ang mga pulis sa mga karinderya, kumakain. Minsan pa nga, nakatayo lang sila sa kalye, walang ginagawa. Sila pa ang dahilan kung bakit siksikan ang mga kotse sa kalye, kasi bulok sila mag-traffic.
Tapos kung may nahuli sila, tumatanggap lang nang bayad para maiwasan ng tao na makuha ng pulis yung lisensya nila. Kita mo, pati ang pulis natin, marunong magbulsa ng pera.
mga pulis talaga sa mga panahon ngaun, maxado nang nag aabuso ng "rights" nila. dapat naman disiplinahin nila sarili nila. kaya tuloy sila nababansagang mga buwaya o patola eh.
These policemen should be imprisoned for their whole life. it is not in the law of God to take another person's life.
This is one of the reasons why I am scared of policemen...Just Kidding, but seriously, if more and more policemen abuse their power, I don't know who to trust. I hope the new generation policemen would be more disciplined.
Policemen are very abusive of their powers, because they think that the're on top of everybody. As a result, they beat up others with brutality, not giving them any dignity and respect. These people should be the ones in jail for assaulting others without a clear reason. This is to teach them to belittle themselves and traet others as themselves
isipin niyo dapat ang mga pulis ang prumoprotekta sa atin pero imbis na protektahan nila ang mga pinoy, tayo pa ang matatakot sa kanila dahil sila pa ang gumagawa ng masama dito!
