Alabang Viaduct opens to motorists

The South Luzon Tollway Corporation already opened the new northbound side for the Alabang Viaduct motorists for the upcoming holidays. It was an 8-lane superstructure replacing the old one. In addition, there are more installations being done such as the CCTV cameras and such to monitor the traffic and be prepared for the holiday traffic. What the SLTC built coincides with the international seismic code and rode safety requirements. Fortunately, upon making the project, millions pf people passing by were not hurt and no one suffered from it physically. Basically, the project includes reconstructing, widening and paving to benefit the vehicles passing and of course, to control its volume and lessen traffic. Through this, the authorities are hoping that the public will be less concerned with traffic and will observe the traffic rules and regulations and speed limit to avoid accidents that will cause traffic.

For me, this is beneficial for the public especially the ones living and working along that area. This won’t just save our time, but will lessen the cost of gasoline consumed. I am very happy because the public and private drivers can lessen their head from aching cause of traffic jam.

This would indeed be very beneficial for the motorists who frequent the area. My only concern is the added amount to be paid while passing through. Hopefully the added amount would just be a portion compared to the time and fuel saved.

It is good to see that the government sees through the possible problems on traffic during holidays and they take part and plan solutions before the situation itself. This would benefit the people who usually take the old road. It can be an alternative to them or even a better choice.

Its good to see that a portion of the taxes that people pay goes to a good use. Looking at this, I can say that the country is coping up with the advancement of technology one step at a time. The government should construct more of these viaducts. Indeed motorist coming from the south would benefit from this, and we can expect less accidents and traffic in that location.

This would be a great help to ease traffic flow especially for the motorists who frequently pass the area and somehow will lessen their travel time.
