Hospitalized and not jailed?

The most awaited flight 71 of Northwest Airlines finally landed. Few minutes later a skinny and unrecognizable Jocjoc Bolante came out. The person behind the 700+M Fertilizer Fund Scam is back in the Philippine soil. In this video of Abs-Cbn inside the plane, the former department of agriculture secretary was caught going down on his own from the upper deck of the plane. As soon as he got off the airplane tube, he complained about his heavy chest. He was then brought to the hospital. All the while he placed his hand on his chest to somewhat over emphasize his condition. As of the moment, he is still in the hospital with tight security on him. The hospital have yet to release a medical bulletin on him.

Questions bothering me...
Did he do this just to escape the arresting officers and not go to jail? How come he was ok when the camera caught him inside the plane going down on his own? Is the government trying to hide something again?

I have yet to get answers for these. This is one big JOC time.. "nangboBOLA-nte"

How about you guys what do you think of this incident?

Like what some people say, "politics is drama and the telenovelas are reality." If you notice, everytime somebody up there has got a case. He suddenly "feels bad" and needs to be "hospitalized". I'm tempted to believe that this is just part of the one big zarzuela the higher ups love to play. Drama has become such an integral part of politics that it has become an excuse for people not committing or showing up to their obligations.

If you remember, this was practically the same story with Mike Arroyo when he was called to testify. What happened to that? I think people forgot about that one already.

Pretending or not, No one is sure about it. I think the Senate is just making sure that nothing bad would happen to Joc Joc, once there will be something bad happened to him, Malacanang will be the sole victor. We should protect Joc Joc from anything, coz he is the only key behind this scam.

It was said that First Gentleman Arroyo was seen in the hospital this morning. I personally think he is not there to see if Jocjoc is okay but check if Jocjoc is about to tell everyone the truth about that fertilizer scam.

For the part that all people is saying that Jocjoc was just acting, I think it was true because how can he climb the stairs up to the deck where he was sitting when he really is not okay?

It's hard to tell that he's prentending or not but it's pretty unreasonable that 'Jocjoc' was sent to a very expensive hospital. He can be sent to PGH but no it has to be an expensive one.

It's already overused that these 'politicians' use their health to avoid going to jail. We don't know if the doctors were paid to make it seem that Jocjoc's condition was terrible or something. But there is something really fishy about this since we haven't heard (well at least I don't know) what his illness is and what not.

i think kahit nagprepretend siya or hindi wala na magagawa yung mga tao dun. karma nalang if ever wala talagang nangyari sakanya and lalabas din yung totoo pagdating ng time.

Its amazing how these politicians could lie to the public, how they could pretend and try to mislead the people. What kind of conscience do they have? I'm not being judgmental, but in the article its really obvious that Jocjoc Bolante was just escaping the interrogative questioning of the media men. I doubt that he really is feeling bad and needs to be hospitalized. Trying to read the scenario, probably it was all planned and there's got to be someone behind this.

I think this is not right. I think this is not fair. Bolante should be treated like an ordinary criminal and not a VIP person. he should be jailed and if his condition is true let the doctors examine him in the jail like other sick criminal. I think that the government is just protecting him so that he will not squeal the truth to the public.
